if i seal my esc in a box and make it water proof im going to have to worry about it over heating? or getting really super hot on me? i guess i could always throw a fan in the box. but just wondering guys.

yeah, it could overheat in there.
which esc are you using, and what motor? why not get one of the waterproof ones from traxxas?

Need more info to, what esc? what rig? how much power? but yea what mj said snag a traxxas water proof one and problem solved..
