Hey all Names Denny I am owner of a small Powder Coating shop here in PA and Ima a newbie to the rc world and looking to learn alot from this sport

welcome man. what part of PA are you from. I grew up in a small town in north east PA called Athens. near the NY state line.
i have family in Harrisburg and State college now.

Ty hoping 2 learn alot. Looking at the traxxas summit 1/16 modded used as a play toy, and the rdecat rs 10xt as a begginer crawler

both thost should get you started well. not sure of any hobby shops in state college area, but i am sure there is something around. maybe Altoona has something, but that's a nice half day round trip to get down there from your place.

My bro lives in Port Matilda right on old 220 in a nice little log cabin. if he ever needs some powder coating i will send him your way!

Thanks yea altoona doesnt have much anymore but williamsport does n about same distance

well, its a crawler so they're not real fast. Faster than walking speed I suppose. If its fast you want, stick with a shafty.

Welcome to the site. Had another PA mamber back awhile ago but he dropped off. RC#60 I think he was. My wife bestie is in Pittsburg and think we may travel there for vaca this summer to see them. The 1/16 traxxas rigs are some serious fun. I have 2 the Revo and the Slash. And was looking at a Nastruck as well for some mini oval as well.
