HAHAHAHAHA :rof :rof :rof

you all thought i got another rig didn't ya!! nope not this time but i did have enough self control to walk away from a few.

well as you all know Ive been on the ropes about going lipo so today i bought me a new charger that's lipo ready and even came with a lipo balancer and some other goodies.

i personally don't know whats what an whats the best charger out there for lipo`s an such but i do know i probably gave a few extra bucks to much for it since i donated some funds to my local LHS today. gotta help keep em in business once in awhile. heck the guy even tried really hard pushing a couple of different lipo`s on me but once i told him i can get mine much cheaper online he shut up in a hurry. i hated to hurt his feelings like that but like i told him i have to save a buck somewhere.

well i`ll be happy as long as this does its job.

yeah wrench i can do a review for you guys once i get everything.

chad the lake is very deep!! and the water is cold!!
after going brushless with my buggy and having the issue of cogging thats what drove me to going lipo in hopes it cures my problem. it was a big step and kinda expensive, but once you get the initial investment of everything out of the way its that bad. lipo`s have really come down in price and i would suggest hobbyking for them. prices are just unreal.

Most anybody I have read with cogging was solved going lipo, nimh's just dont put out the power to get those power hungry bl systems moving and lipos can. LIke trying to start your car in 2nd gear from a stop going uphill lol. You will be surprised but same time seen enough vids of lipo power but not the same as in person :burnout

well hey if it was my lhs you wouldnt feel sorry for hurting their feelings, not with the arms & legs they charge! Heck they double as a toy & model store so theyre not that desperate for money.

okay i promised i would do a review on this since ive purchased it and as you can tell i have not got around to it. actually to be honest with you ive only used it a hand full of times.
theres no need to post up pictures or the info on it since it has already been listed on here. so i will get down to the nitty gritty of this bad boy.

to be completely honest with you guys this is a really nice charger. i prefer simple and nothing complicated and i have a little bit of both. as you all i know i was never much for electric stuff and mainly just nitro. so a simple charger is what i had until i made the jump to lipo.

this charger has everything you could want and charges every type of battery and even has a spot to charger your mp3 player and cell phone. it also comes equipped with several different charge plugs and a lipo balance thingy..

to set it up for different tones when your battery is done charging is pretty simple. the menu is easy to navigate but can be kinda confusing at the same time. at least it was for me since this was a pretty fancy model and trying to get the feel of it. but now its not bad.

i guess it would help it i would read the manual a bit more. but it has a save a setting option for different battery`s that you may charge and im still confused on that part. but thats just me. someone tech savy will im pretty sure get it figured out first try. but i mainly only charge 2 lipos on it and still use my old one for the nimh packs.

my honest thought for this charger is it was a good purchase that will serve me very well for many year to come. i think onyx it on the spot with product and you couldnt go wrong with this investment. has many functions to choose from and plenty of accessories.

hope this helps when choosing a new charger.
