i had custom made a kit for a gentlemen earlier this week for a rpm from light bar and the rpm rear tail light kit.

as you all know i do try my best to please each and every customer to my fullest extent and its a great honor to do so. because as you all know being friendly and having a top notch customer service is very important.
i had received a email tonight from this gentlemen and i just have to share this with everyone.

hi, very happy with recent purchase i made with your company. i sent an email to RPM telling them that their links to companies that sell leds aren't very good. told them they should have link to you, and got this as a reply.
"Dear Mr. Craig Hinrichsen,
I'm afraid we do not post links to other websites unless the owner of that website contacts us with a request for a link. If he contacts us with that request, we'll gladly post a link on the RPM website with his information.
Take care and thank you for your interest and support of RPM products. If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to send us another e-mail."

emails like this just makes my day and i at least know im giving my very best!!

lol what do they have on there that other guy? but nice to hear from happy people its rare anymore. Should email them fo rsure cant hurt man

once again a happy customer!

i dont get to many emails with praise and thanks but when i do i like to share a few words from em. i did these kits earlier this week for this gentleman.

I just wanted to let you know that I got the lights today and I only have 1 word to describe the lights and `the service !!!!!!!!!SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have bought a total of 8 light kits from 5 different sources and you are miles above and beyond your competition!
