Hey guys, I've been searching for a non car specific forum since rcbasher just randomly shut down. I was admin over there and out of no where the owner closed the site and no one has heard from him since. I'm a member on the hpibajaforums and rccrawler too, but those are too specific to post anything else.

Either way, thought I would try this site out. Looks pretty cool!

Little about me...My name is Derek, and I'm a full time college student studying pre-med. I'm 21 and will be a senior in the fall..blah blah blah.

Been doing the hobby grade stuff since 2003 and ever since then i haven't looked back. Owned everything from 1/24 scale to 1/5 scale, nitro, electric, and gas. I run a local r/c repair shop out of my house.

I usually run something at least twice a week and especially now that the weather is warming up. I also do a little video making when my friends get together and bash, but i'll post those later.

As for my r/c's, I won't bother posting stuff that I have owned in the past, just what I have now.

Here is my current "garage"

-revo 3.3
-savage x 4.6
-LST
-RC10GT2
-Baja 5T
-Baja 5B
-stampede vxl (upgraded to the point of almost unbreakable)
-Nightcrawler (moderately modified)
-micro crawler
-helimax nano heli

I plan on picking up a savage flux within month or two just because I have so much fun launching my pede I want to do the same thing in a larger scale. and have more control in the air.

I'll post pics of everything later, but just wanted to say what's up to everyone and can't wait to start posting. I've been without a general r/c forum for a long time. lol

Welcome aboard. We are definitely a group who is likely to discuss anything RC and even non-RC. Although boats and planes seem to be less covered. You have a nice selection of rigs there, be sure and post some pics. Also don't be afraid of posting past rigs either, we love pics around here.
