Ok guys help me if you would...

I am seriously considering CVDs front and rear of my slash....I have enough $$ from my birthday to get the rear set shown here from MIP I have used MIP in many other applications (ALL mini) so I sorta trust them, but I have not heard anything about these yet...

-OR- should I get parts for the stock set-up (new rear stub axles) and continue the disassemble and clean after every run day routine, and then spend the money on new shock springs and diff lubes for my new set-up id like to try...

The new set-up uses Losi buggy springs: 2.5" blues in the rear and Losi 2" blacks in front, instead of the crappy duel rates that come stock. uses 30k cp in front diff, 7k in rear diff and 100k in the center diff.....this combo is getting good reviews using proline caliber and bowtie tires...of course some tweaking is gonna be involved plus camber and shock position changes...etc.

plus i think i got enuff $$ squirreled away for a test run at the track for either decision...

i would always recommend cvd's. they just increase drive-line efficiency and strength.

but the new setup also has its benefits. it would depend on what you like more, tinkering or driving. the cvd's are just a swap in part and keep going while a new setup will give you days of scratching your head trying to figure out how you screwed up your setup. ;)
