Hey All; Well for some time now my buddy Bryce has been working on a kustom conversion from his Stampede to a Slash but still has a ton of original parts and one of kustom parts. He could have opted out for a Slash chassis and to raid my spares/for sale box but he is a tinkerer and decided to do something different. So here is what he came up with. He built a kustom chassis from Carbon Fiber and Angle Alluminum and streched the Stampede to the Slash chassis length. I tossed him my stocker Slash lid and Rims & Tires to help the cause and he does a ton for me.He is runnig a Castle Sidewinder Bl setup and some SMC 2 cell lipo's in it and runs it off a Hitec aggresor FM radio set.I think he is using a Hitec 645MG servo as well. That is about all I know about it except it kicks butt and takes no prisoners.lol He keeps right up with my "built" Slash and I think he has maybe $75 in parts to convert it to a Short Course rig. Well here are the pictures he let me take of it. Once again this in not mine and I had nothing to do with the build except for some idea bouncing and taking some measurements for refrnce for him. Enjoy the eyecandy.l8r,Wrench.

This was the first rebuild work.Just a simple chassis stretch job.

And after some kustom work. He also wanted to see what it would look like with the Stampede rims & tires on it.

looks kinda nice with that CF in there. you know i have soft spot for that stuff.

the big ole wheels looks pretty good too. im impressed.

i think traxxas could have done better to make the stock slash chassis smaller like these stretched pedes
