springfield 45 xd for the house, and then I have an ar-15 that I cnc'd my self with some fancy custom engraving that also just went through an digital camo paint job :punk I dont really use that rifle too much, as it was a test for myself to see if I could machine it.

I went with a buddy of mine to the local range here and shot his Glock 29 10mm round and that was a really fun gun to plink with. It was nice and small and felt great in the hand and had plenty of punch. Although he tells me 10mm rounds are either a bit expensive, or at times hard to find locally.

Guns are neat, allot of interesting components, as long as an idiot isnt operating one.

10mm really is a pain to find, which is why most people that have them reload their own rounds. It's very similar to 40s&w, so if you liked 10mm, but want something way more common, check out a Glock 27. Actually, don't, check out a S&W M&P 40c. :) I never could find a Glock I actually liked to shoot, and I've had the chance to shoot a lot of them.

One thing I don't dig about the glock is the slight adjustment u have to make when holding the pistol up to shoot. Maybe it was just I'm not used to it but it seems front heavy so I had to roll the pistol slightly up before shooting.. Or I'm a newb ;)

Well, it's the weird Glock grip angle. It's a pain for me, but people that feel natural with them love them. I love the 1911 grip, personally, and the S&W M&P points where I want it to. Each person is different, and I always recommend to go with what "fits" and then decide from there. You can love a gun like crazy, but if you can't get natural point of aim, it's not good for you.
