well guys after some thought due to a few people asking me about making kits for 1:24 scale an bigger die cast cars i gave it a shot. here are some pictures of some of my latest projects and i do have a few more in the works.

there is actually a lot of customizing that goes into putting these in. these are powered by a 12v n cell battery due to tight space restrictions.

Sweet! Those look awesome, Bill.

I have a die cast '49 Merc that I was thinking about putting a light kit in. I just don't have the money to spend.
I recently moved into a place with a couple friends (they're married), I'm still looking for work and figuring out how this bill-paying thing is gonna work. I have some money, but it's not gonna last too long. Probably gonna put some RC stuff up for sale to raise some funds and make some space (pretty crowded in here).

thanks for the compliments spliff, i haven't done a merc yet. the prices are right on getting one. Ive been out bid on every single one i bid on.

i know how the being short on funds are. money just doesn't last very long especially when you got more going out then coming in. story of my life here lately. i know how ya feel about the finding work part. there's just not much available i think no matter what state you live in unless your willing to flip burgers at mickey d`s an heck there not even hiring. my boy has applied several times and gets the same story "sorry where not hiring right now"

it sucks to that you`ll have to maybe sell some of your rc`s but when you have to pay the bills something gotta give.

Meh, I'm kinda indifferent about selling some vehicles.
There's a few I'm definitely going to keep but having 7 and not driving any is pretty pointless. It would be nice to see someone enjoy them.

Other than rent/bills, I need to get a new OS for my computer. I have an evaluation copy of Windows7 and it's going to expire in 3 days. It will shut itself down every couple hours for a little while then just stop working all together. I really really like Win7 and would prefer to keep it but it's like $200 for a legit copy.

Sweet.

I still have that '51 Mercury die-cast car and picked up a 69 Chevelle.

Haven't actually looked at them much with light kits in mind.
Maybe someday I'll ship them off to you and you can have fun with them (then send them back).
