oh, make sure that kid knows when he hooks it to his lipo the voltage won't be the same as that 9v battery. he might want to think about that.

Doesnt the resistor drop teh voltage regardless of what you hook it to?

thanks guys and thank you jason for the fix.

with the resistors i use he`ll be fine. i use a much heavier then needed resistor because guys are wanting to power these up with lipo`s so the resistor i use is good for up to 14.4 volts. they can handle a tad bit more if needed.

yes for a young guy he was very respectable and seemed well mannered.

Wanted to ask about this, this is the guy I showed you that makes the led pods does his description sound right?

My LEDs are manufactured with Indium Gallium Nitrate (IGN). IGN LEDs consumes 10 times less electric power and produces a brightness unattainable by the normal LEDs that are being sold on the market today

to be honest i have no clue..........it might be something to look into. but what are the cost of those vs regular leds? from my stand point i have to buy stuff thats affordable and usually in bulk so that i can keep my cost down and pass it unto you guys unlike some that pay the same prices as me but twice as much on the retail end.
stuff is so ever changing in the electronic world its hard to keep up with everything and do RND projects.
