Yea not new but to me and this is a new dealer here in town so....
The Clod was in need of its ball diffs fixed so started looking for new balls since it came with standard ones which arent the best not even carbide but after seeing carbide wasnt all that cheap I looked at ceramics since from the reading they were suppose to the chit and only a couple $$$ more over carbides. Searching ebay I found a seller that was cheaper then everyone else for 12 (think it was $10) then I noticed he was in a couple towns over from me which I like to find! So contacted him cause these clod diffs are monsters and normal diffs take 12 balls but not these! Count em 18 1/8 balls and 16 3/32! Each diff. After I contacted him he got back to me with a price for one diff (34 balls total) of $23! I was like wow then he said he had a special running this month so I was happy there and wanted to get more money to get enough for the 2nd diff as well, so off to ask the wife lol :scared she said ok could help me out and he even came to her work on her lunch hour Fri. to deliver them! Cant ask for anything better.
I wont have a run review for awhile yet since the clod is still in pieces from other ordeals its causing and not sure when I can get the rest of the parts needed :cry So here is a couple shots and some info from Todd the owner he gave me.
If you run ball diffs I encourage you to check this guy out, really nice guy :righton

*Sand the diff rings in a figure eight pattern. It will give the balls something to grip. Some people use 400 but I like the 600 wet.

*Yes we use both sides of our rings and depending on the wear we might re-sand and reuse the same side. Just use all of your senses and feel for a grove and pitting. If it is bad don't use it. I would definitely use a fresh side or new set of rings with the new balls. The other thing Don't start with your diff over tightened, if it starts out too tight it will kill the rings, start loose and slowly work your way up.

I told him he might hear from you, I would get them now with the price and all then you have em :righton Might even be a good thing to just do them now since you still have to build the diffs, these will be so much better anyway...

my diffs have been built for a week now... I could rebuild them with these, but by the time the other balls wear out I should probably take them apart to check them anyways..
